It has high ceilings & is very quiet in the living area despite being in the hustle & bustle of the city. There is also a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge room if needed.

The Entrance to the house is via William lane in which there is a large undercover private parking garage. There is one flight of stairs leading up to the space. This place has everything you need; tv, wifi, appliances, heating/air-conditioning and coziness. The house is located a 2minute walk from Redfern train station. Will consider pets but will need to be approved.

Access
This house is located above my business which is a small private personal training studio. The studio is located on level 1 of the property and is completely seperate to the house and there can be the potential for noise which you may be able to hear but some people don't notice it. The price reflects this aspect. Please note: my business has a separate entrance on regent street and is seperate so you wont come into contact with myself or my staff. We are only open for a few hours in the morning and evening monday to friday and closed for the remainder. This property is extremely safe and well secured.

This property has Netflix and a DVD player for you to use but currently no free to air television.

Property is available Monday 22nd of July 2024 however can be made available earlier on request.
